Baked Apples
Six Red apples, cored to 1/2 inch of base and 1/2 inch of skin peeled away with Vegetable peeler around top of each apple 2 tablespoons butter 3/4 cup Cinnamon Infused Simple Syrup
Arrange in a roasting pan. Pour syrup into cored apples and around. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes until soft when pierced with a knife. Pour the remaining syrupy glaze over each apple, add whipped cream and serve warm.
