Baked Squash with Vanilla Bean Syrup
1 large acorn squash salt and pepper to taste 4 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup Vanilla Bean Infused Simple Syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut squash in half, scrape out seeds, Divide butter and syrup into squash centers. Salt and pepper and bake for 1 hour.
