Fruit Puree Sorbet

Makes about one quart.

2 cups strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, blackberry, peach or mango puree
1 1/4 cup Lemon, Lime or Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup

Combine in a bowl, cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker’s instructions
