Green Tea White Ginger Sorbet

Makes about one quart.

1 cup Ginger Infused Simple Syrup
2 cups freshly brewed Green Tea or White Tea

Combine in a bowl, cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker’s instructions.
