Simple Sorbet Makes about one quart 1 cup Fruit Infused Simple Syrup (Pomegranate, Meyer Lemon, Eureka Lemon, Lime, Black Currant, Strawberry or Pomegranate Orange) 1 1/2 cups water Combine in a bowl, cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker’s instructions.
